Mathematics

The Webster Groves Mathematics Department offers a wide variety of courses to meet our students' needs. The State of Missouri requires all high school students to have three years of mathematics credits in order to graduate; yet the Webster Groves Mathematics Department recommends students to complete four credits in order to meet college admission or other post-secondary requirements. A complete listing can be found in the Course Description Book available through the Counseling Department.

The Board Approved Mathematics Curriculum can be found here

We emphasize a concept-driven curriculum with a strong focus on problem-solving and persistence.  We offer both AP Statistics and AP Calculus; in addition, students have the opportunity to earn dual credit through the University of Missouri - St. Louis in two of our courses.
